hi,

i am new to the netbsd-help list and quite new to netbsd.

i am running several operating systems like solaris, freebsd, hpux and
sometimes linux, but not very often, i installed netbsd 1 time on a sparc
ss5 and it worked very well and was running very fast, solaris is a little 
slow. now i try netbsd on the i386 platform.

i did several installations, but i did not work well.

my question is about the xfree section.

i tried running xfree 3.3.6, with a geforce2 mx card and a logitech
wheel mouse.

i tried it with XF86Setup, mouse is not working, keyboard is not working. 
the same was happening with the xf86configure.
i tried the same with freebsd and xfree3xx and xfree4xx.
different mistakes, but the same ending, xfree is not working.

all i can say is that i am a looser ;)

i read a little at the netbsd site and at the xfree site.
and i read something like the newer mice (ps/2) are not supported yet.
so maybe my mouse is not working.

my questions are:

are the xfree 4.xx and the geforce 2 mx working together ?
are the xfree 4.xx and the wheelmouse working together ?

PS: former i tried this mouse and the riva tnt 2 vanta on linux with
xfree4.1 and i got it running on freebsd with xfree3.3.6.
