You can find a pkgsrc package for QT3-3.0.1 on

ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/misc/wulf/qt3-3.0.1-pkgsrc.tar.gz

Unpack it into /usr/pkgsrc/x11/qt3 and run `make install'
It compiled and works for me on NetBSD-1.5Y-i386 system.
