Oh, so you have to hardcode the cyphertext into the /etc/usermgmt.conf file

Joe,

AIUI, you set some user's password with passwd, then use vipw (or,
grep username /etc/master.passwd) to see the encrypted password.
That's the string to put in /etc/usermgmt.conf.

Don't know where I read about it.  Can't seem to find it now.
