If you mean, "how do I force amanda to use level 0 dumps for each
filesystem each run", then just set the following in amanda.conf:
	dumpcycle 0

(I'm still trying to master amanda; it's working slightly better than
the simple /bin/sh script I used to use, but I'm still not that happy
with it)
