Hi all,

Does anybody know how to set up and synch an iPAQ via USB? When I hook
it up it's detected as ugen0 with the proper vendor and product
identification (which, even though the sources define them, shows up as
0x049f and 0x0003 respectively[1]).

However, when I, for example, take the iPAQ out of the cradle and put it
back in, it stops responding alltogether as the usb tries to reconfigure
itself (?).

Does anybody out there use the iPAQ via USB on NetBSD? And while I'm at
it - what application is used to synch/backup the ipaq?

TIA,
-Jan

[1] I found that /sys/dev/usb/usbdevs_data.h did not include

        {
            USB_VENDOR_COMPAQ, USB_PRODUCT_COMPAQ_IPAQPOCKETPC,
            0,
            "Compaq Computers",
            "iPAQ PocketPC",
        },

even though IPAQPOCKETPC shows in usbdevs.
