I am trying to install vmware from pkgsrc.  The installation seemed to
go fine; I copied the scripts into /etc/rc.d and installed the default
stuff into /etc/rc.conf.  When I run vmware, however, I get the
following in a dialog box:

	  Cannot open VMware Workstation executable file.
	  Possibly an installation error?
	  Cannot open VMware Workstation executable file.
	  Possibly an installation error?
	  Cannot open VMware Workstation executable file.
	  Possibly an installation error?
	  Cannot open VMware Workstation executable file.
	  Possibly an installation error?
	  Module 10 successfully initialized.

All the configuration information I can find indicates that the
procedure is to install vmware, then run it to perform additional
configuration.  Is there something I am missing?

What are the first steps to getting vmware to run?
