I'm trying to perform a NetBSD installation to a CF card that is
plugged into my laptop via a PCMCIA adapter. I am trying to use the
INSTALL kernel and sysinst as they appear on the 1.5.1 boot floppy
that I used to install NetBSD on to the laptop.

When I reboot from the boot floppy, the INSTALL kernel does not
recognize wd1, which is the CF card.

wd1 is recognized when I boot the laptop using the 1.5.1
GENERIC-LAPTOP kernel. I've verified that the CF card works; I can
mount filesystems on the card, copy files, etc.

Does the INSTALL kernel have PCMCIA support included? (I would guess
that it does).

Any ideas or pointers to information are much appreciated.
