I'm told:

Can only use keep with UDP/ICMP/TCP

...so I tried adding 3 lines, each with one of ``proto {tcp,udp,icmp}''.
ipf likes those lines, but I still can't connect to the NetBSD ftp site (I
haven't tried pointing my browser at it, but assume that it will fare no
better).
