There is no "official" XFree86 4.1.0 for NetBSD, but this should do
ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/arch/i386/XF86-4.1.0-1.5.2/

The /pub/NetBSD/arch/<arch>/ directories often have snapshots, works in
progress, and other goodies, and /pub/NetBSD/misc/ has, well,
miscellaneous things, like this release announcement for 1.5.2,
ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/misc/release/NetBSD/NetBSD-1.5.2
which talks a little about the state of X 4.1.0 for NetBSD.
