Hello,

I have a Yamaha CRW2100SZ CD-ROM/R/RW drive installed in a DEC Alpha
running NetBSD-1.5.2. My SCSI board is a Symbios 53c875. The drive has a
jumper for "blocksize on/blocksize off". When "on", the blocksize is 512.

I have tested the drive with the jumper off, and it seems to work just
fine. Is there any reason for me to set the jumper on? Stupid question,
but "which is better"?

thanks,
-bp
