If KDE has any sense in it (or the KDE developers), they'd copied
the selection, if it were text, to the primary selection or a plain
cutbuffer (like iirc, xterm, and all Xt widgets and most other X
programs do with text) and he can paste it like normal on X11 with
the middle mouse button into Netrape's text field widget.
Cut&paste is a bit messy on X11 but it normally works, for text
at least.
