I should fall back on ftp.netbsd.org or some such.

I've got my /etc/mk.conf to prefer sites in the uk, and i fetched it fine
from:

http://www.damtp.cam.ac.uk/mirror/ftp.hungry.com/pub/hungry/lesstif/srcdist/lesstif-0.92.32.tar.gz
