... but I'm now left with a problem.

After booting from the hard disk, I am left with an unresponsive keyboard.

As a result, I cannot log in as root and create my account, fix up such
things as NFS and SSH and so on... all of which are pretty much prerequisites
to my use of the system.

Does anyone have any advice on what I can do about this problem?
