You may check there to see what program is easyly available :

=09ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/packages/pkgsrc/mail/README.html

and there :

=09http://www.netbsd.org/Documentation/software/

and use the pkg-tools to install them.
sendmail should be already installed on your box.
