These patches are for 2.95.2, they won't apply cleanly to the 3.0 sources.
You'll have to look at each patch file, and find in the 3.0 sources where
to do a similar change.
Some of these patches may apply to architecture-specific files (you'll see
this at the directory name); if they're not relevant to the architecture you're
using you can ommit them.
