Hi.

While formatting a new 1 GB JAZ disk, I discovered that mounting the
disk as sd2c, I have about 610 kB more disk space available.

Can I mount sd2c and use it safely, or do I have to expect surprises
while doing so?

The usual way of proceeding would be to mount it as sd2d.

TIA
