Do not post here looking for an OTI-91X ATAPI DRIVER.  We do not have windows
drivers.  We have only NetBSD drivers.  These will not work on windows.  We 
can not help you with windows.  No one here will help you look for your driver.
The driver you seek can not be found here nor will anyone here assist you in
looking for your driver.   No netbsd mailing list, newsgroup, or website will
assist you in finding your OTI-91X ATAPI DRIVER for windows.
