Hi,

I'm having trouble getting GTK+ only (i.e. non-GNOME) programs to work
correctly with GTK+ themes that use pixmaps (for example Eazel-blue).

What I see on terminal window when I start such a program and default
theme (set up in GNOME control panel) is:

/convert: No such file or directory
gdk_imlib ERROR: Cannot load image: /usr/X11R6/share/themes/Eazel-blue/gtk/menu_pixmap.png
All fallbacks failed.

(And the same for any pixmaps)

This happens only with non-GNOME GTK+ applications (examples:
GIMP 1.2.0 and gtk-vim 5.7). On screen, they render without any
graphics (even borders etc) but I see text correctly. Then again,
those two programs seem to render their own images just fine
(vim toolbar and GIMP toolbars) All GNOME apps work just fine with these
themes. (And those GTK+ only apps work fine with any other themes
that don't use pixmaps).

I've had these problems for a long time, and thought there was some
package clash (earlier, I had installed everything from binary
packages - various versions). Now I updated to GNOME 1.4 and in
the process installed all latest packages. I just compiled gtk-vim
my self from pkgsrc, but the problem still existed.
