Hi,
I'm using one of the i82586-based Ethernet network cards - driver
is not in tree yet, but the thing should behave similarily to e.g.
el(4), ai(4) or ix(4). I keep getting "detected incorrect termination"
warning.

The cable I'm using seems to be okay, the line is properly terminated
by 50 ohm resistor on each end (checked with voltmeter/ohm-meter).
I checked that card on the other computer is set to use 10base2/BNC
to avoid possible link-detection problems.

The card I'm testing is really old - didn't old ethernet cards
require other type of resistor or something ?

It's entirely possible just the driver I've written is incorrect, too :)

Any help would be appreciated.

Jaromir
