Subject: need help compiling CNCL

Has anyone successfully compiled cncl-2.1?  It stopped with the message:
g++ -I../include -Wall  -c CNCL.c
CNCL.c: In function `int matherr(struct __math_exception *)':
CNCL.c:249: invalid use of undefined type `struct __math_exception'

Welcome any hints on how to proceed.  TIA
