Hi guys,
I need to be able to HOT SWAP a secondary IDE Harddrive on our NetBSD =
1.4.1 / i386 systems. We have software that will de-energise the =
solenoid holding the drive and release the address and data lines and =
power.
What I am not sure about is how to inform the operating system that the =
drive needs to be de-initialised and to initialise the new drive once we =
have restored power and the address and data lines in software ...
Does anyone have any ideas?
