djbdns builds and runs without problems on NetBSD.

It is not BIND, however, and you will need to spend a little time
undertaking a migration, particularly if you've not used any of
Bernstein's software before.

There is an active mailing list for djbdns.  Unsurprisingly, there's a
lot of activity on it at the moment about migrating from BIND. :-)
