I'd like to try NetBSD now that it supports the ADMtek 983 Ethernet chip.
However, I need to install via files dowloaded to a Windows partition (D:
drive). Is this possible? I've tried numerous times to no avail. (My hard
disk is set up as C: drive; NetBSD partition; D: drive.)

During the install, I've set wd0h as the extended partition that NetBSD's
fdisk finds. So when it comes to the installation set phase, I tell sysinst
to go to /dev/wd0h but that doesn't work. Sysinst complains that it can't
find the directory. Then I try a manual mount -t msdos /dev/wd0h /mnt2 and
that doesn't work (I think mount complains of an invalid argument).

What am I doing wrong? How can I get sysinst to look at my D: drive for
those files?
