Yup, after the advisory and subsequently 8.2.3's release, itojun upgraded
the BIND in -current, (that upgrade was later pulled up on both the
netbsd-1-4 and netbsd-1-5 branches sometime yesterday).

Also, BIND 8.2.3 and 9.1.0 are easily available from the packages
collection.
