That's for mapping *.noteworthyms.com to an IP address; DNS has a sort
of unusual way of mapping IP addresses back to a name. For example,
ftp.noteworthyms.com's IP address is 206.140.113.7. To map that back to
a name, you look for a PTR record for 7.113.140.206.in-addr.arpa. The
nameservers for 140.206.in-addr.arpa are ns.aads.net and
gateway.ameritech.com. When you ask ns.aads.net for the nameservers for
113.140.206.in-addr.arpa, it times out.
