Hello,

Inspired by <http://www.daemonnews.org/200011/truetype.html> I tried
to follow the mentioned steps.

I installed the X TrueType font server (xfstt) successfully and also
got the FreeType2 package installed.

Unfortunately, there's no package for ttmkfdir. When I tried to
compile it I got lots of errors. Do I have to use FreeType1? Do I
have to use ttmkfdir to create the .fonts directory anyway?

Thanks in advance,
Chris.
