Sure! Look at the INSTALL* kernel configs, and in src/distrib/i386/floppies.

The mechanisms used to build installation boot floppies are very generic and
can be used for all sorts of things. I've made telnet boot disks with them, to
turn a roomful of NetBSD-supported machines into ethernetted ASCII terminals.
