Thanks for the reply and information. :)  I have
read about the history of Unix and BSD, but haven't
seen much on the NetBSD and FreeBSD sites about that
period when they were first completing the then
incomplete Net/2 distribution.  When I have more
money, I will definitely purchase The Design and
Implementation of the 4.4 BSD System.
