NetBSD has so far chosen not to implement T/TCP specifically because
of the problems it has related to system security.  And, it's also not
clear that having it is that much of a win anyway.  Very few clients
would actually utilize it, and the problem is was really designed to
"solve" (overhead of HTTP transactions) was somewhat addressed by the
connection keepalive stuff in HTTP 1.1.
