Try this...

ftp://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/ports/distfiles/cvsup-freebsd-ix86-elf-16.1.tar.gz

Its a FreeBSD binary package and hence your kernel needs to have
FreeBSD emulation enabled.
