Are you trying to print the image or turn it into a postscript-file
for other purposes? The simplest way to make a postscript file would
be to do so on the Windows box itself, say, by installing the printer
driver for a simple postscript printer like one of the Apple
Laserwriters, and then using the print to file option from the print
dialogue box.

If you want to get fancy, I'm sure you could put something together
using ghostscript, samba, and maybe apsfilter to set up a networked
"printer" device that's accessible from Windows boxes on the network
and just creates postscript files rather than printing them. It'd take
a bit of wrangling though.
