Now the NetBSD PCI Hardware support page says that AIC789x is
supported. Is this also true for the 1.4.2 version??

And is it possible to merge the current version of the
ahc_pci.c and related files (which?) with 1.4.2?
Or is this a bad idea?

The system should be as stable as possible, because it
has to serve so I don't want to make experiments with
current versions. But if it is known to be as stable as
1.4.2 in nfs, samba and raidframe I could try it.
