Well... It's an Intel 21143 card ... but remember that Intel bought the
21143 from Digital :-)

So, yes, it'll work :-)  Tho, you'll probably have to use the `tlp' driver
with it (use TLP_MATCH_21142 option) because the `de' driver won't know
how to read its SROM properly.
