Hi,

I'm having trouble logging into ftp on my netbsd box. When I type in the
correct passord and username I keep getting:

Feb 18 22:09:36 mb1 ftpd[330]: FTP LOGIN REFUSED FROM localhost, mtbell
530 User mtbell may not use FTP.
ftp: Login failed.
Remote system type is UNIX.
Using binary mode to transfer files.
ftp> 

I've already checked ftpusers to make sure all users have ftp access, I
also tried rebuilding the passwd database, I have run out of things to try.
Any Ideas?
