That's actually fallout of how the source tree was rearranged to support
the plug-in crypto trees.

src/domestic is cryptosrc-us/crypto-us ... just a different name... ah,
the joys of CVS module renaming.

This, of course, really ought to be fixed some day on the servers, but
in any case, you can still get the newest code :-)
