You might send a note to pth mail group. The author is VERY
knowledgeable and can probable help you.
I use GNUpth (pthread emul) with NetBSD and it works great! But then,
I've never tried it with Objective C.
Not terribly relevant, but LICQ, which is C++/QT 2.0x can use GNU
pthreads, so I know C++ can at least use it.
