I'm not a programmer so I speak as a user.  My sense is that NetBSD is
more user, and less production, oriented.  This is expressed in the less
frenetic development of new releases, certainly, but also in the quality
of help available over lists like this one.  If you want a first class OS
to run and a first class gang to work with, my money's on NetBSD.
