I'm afraid the best way to find this our for sure is to use a 1.4.1
boot disk, and boot it on that machine. Withour a more detailled description
on what that card is compatible to, it's difficult to say.

(Maybe check out www.hp.com for what theybuilt into that mchine - given
that it's a rather old machine, it could be somehting NE2k compatible)
