I'm not 100% sure but I 've used some EtherExpress card in the past,
and there's also this in 1.4.1:

fxp*    at pci? dev ? function ?        # Intel EtherExpress PRO 10+/100B
ix0     at isa? port 0x300 irq 10               # EtherExpress/16
iy0     at isa? port 0x360 irq ?                # EtherExpress PRO 10 ISA

So I'd say there's good chances the card's supported.
