I installed i386 07041999 snapshot but I cannot see how to configure
shared library search so I can add /usr/local/lib.

I don't see any ld.so.conf or ldconfig.  All I see is ld.elf_so in
/usr/libexec.

I'm new to NetBSD and I think I am lost.  Please help.
