the ghostscript package has instructions in the doc/unix-lpr.txt for
setting up the filter, a sample filter (doc/unix-lpr.sh) and a setup
script (doc/lprsetup.sh -this is in the distfile, but not in the
installed set) - works well with the Stylus 440.
