Hmph you have not looked at decent sendmail documentation.  Grab a
copy of the O'Reilly Sendmail book (aka the bat book, isbn
1-56592-222-0) and read.  That shows you how to build a sendmail.cf
from scratch starting with the bare bones and working upwards.
