I am absoloutely astounded, as I have been on many occasions in the past, 
at how the level of help with 'FreeNix' is far superior and quicker than 
anything a commercial manufacturer could ever provide.

You have a problem, mail the mailing list and god knows how many people 
around the world try and help.  This help is also available on a global 
scale naturally and is 24 hour because of this fact.  I once phoned up a 
major commercial Unix supplier and was passed around for a good 15 mins 
at my expense.
