If I remember properly there were copyrigth issues with CTM: it distributes
parts of code which are covered by a copyrigth notice, but without this
copyrigth notice (as CTM only sends diff, and copyrigths don't change often,
it's nearly never in the mail). It is an issue for some individuals or
compagnies providing code to NetBSD.
