I get the following message when I check my email with pine.  It happens right
after I type my password in. Pine is running
on my system, not my ISP's host, "soback".  It also takes a long time for pine
start up and prompt me for the user name.  After I get this error message, I CAN
check my mail.  But I wonder if this error message can help me find a way to
speed up the time it takes for pine to prompt me for the user name.  

  Can anyone tell me what this error message is about?  and maybe how to correct
it.
