The freebsd lib is at
http://www.flame.org/NetBSD/freebsd_lib-2.2.7-src.tar.gz, but the ftp
program had a bug with it's http retrieval until recently that made it
incompatible with the web server at www.flame.org (multiple web servers on
single IP using http 1.1). You can retrieve the file with
lynx/netscape/etc. and dump it in /usr/pkgsrc/distfiles manually. The make
should work nicely then.

Good luck!

Mike.
