It is a DEC Tulip clone, but one that's incompatible in subtle ways.

I'm in the process of writing a new Tulip driver from scratch which
will support the Macronix, Lite-On, Winbond, and ASIX clones, as well
as the genuine Tulip chips (21142/21143 at first; CardBus support
is the priority here).
