While I have no idea on your specific problem with xmlookat (I did not
try to use libvrml97/VRwave0.9 myself) I have updated the jdk package
from 1.1.6beta2 to 1.1.6. This one should also contain the missing
includes.

The update should show up after tomorrows supscan, so maybe you want to
retry with that one.
