This is actually valid. If you don't include :<passwd> it will prompt you
for the passwd. In reality the latter option is just better because the
netscape history list and the about:global list will hold the name and
passwd in them.
Just as a note, I have used this before with ns4.5 and a 1.3.2 netbsd.
