I dunno, the question seems non-ambiguous to me... ftp server: NetBSD. ftp
client: Windows Netscape. Problem: Can't upload to ftp server. Error:
Unsupported request.

I don't currently have access to a NetBSD ftpd that I can upload to, but
uploading to an OpenBSD machine (Version 6.2/OpenBSD) worked fine, as did
uploading to a Windows NT machine (IIS 4.0). Client was Windows Netscape
4.5 in both cases.
